Materials

Computer, desktop publishing software, colored paper, ink

Procedure
Write a short verse such as a cinquain, acrostic, alliteration, or a poem in one of the following rhyme schemes:

ABCB 
ex. Mary Had A Little Lamb
                 
Cinquain

Line 1 - two syllables
Line 2 - four syllables
Line 3 - six syllables
Line 4 - eight syllables
Line 5 - two syllables
