Objectives: Students will visit a site on the web, learn about new foods and practice numbers in Italian

Lo Scopo: Quante costa?

 

Fare Adesso:

  1. Quanto fa due piu due?
  2. Quanto fa tredice meno sette?
  3. Quanto fa cinquantasei diviso due?
  4. Dove compri il cibo?

 

Step 1: We will list five items that we would like to buy in Italian.

 

Step 2: Using this site, we will find out how much each costs.

 

Step 3: Before we start , let's do this simple exercise

 

Quanto costa il latte?

Quanti costano gli spinaci?

What is the difference between these two verb forms? Why?

Step 4: Let's go shopping at Buon giorno

 

Step 5: Students orally report their price lists back to class
