Characters:

Lord Manfred, Lord Rowland, Lady Elizabeth, Lady Mary, Squire John Bishop Thomas, Town Crier, Jousting Judge, Crowd

 

Problem:

The king has died. There is not heir to the throne.

 

Plot/Events:

The town crier announces the death of the king.

There is a joust to see who the new king of Perth will be.

Lord Manfred and Lord Rowland compete in the joust.

Resolution:

Lord Rowland wins the joust. It is revealed that he is the true heir to the throne.

Plot/Events:

The wizard devises a plan to find a clever and wise prince.

There will be a chess match. The winner will marry the princess.

Resolution:

Prince William wins the chess match and marries the princess.
