Materials:  Five to ten different kinds of magnets (bar, large U, small U, horseshoes, rectangles, cylinder, round, with holes, etc), paper clips.

Procedure:  For each magnet, place one paper clip at a time.  Keep on building a chain until the magnet will no longer hold any paper clips.  Record the number of paper clips each magnet held.
