Step #6: What is
the best policy to correct the problem?
Your best policy should also be feasible. Feasible refers to how likely
it is that your policy will be accepted.
For example, suppose you want to eliminate the problem of drunk
drivers. How about a law that makes it illegal for anyone to drive a car.
That would be highly effective. There would be no more drunk drivers and
that would solve the problem. But nobody could drive under such a law. So
that would not be a feasible policy.
