Create A Simple Web Page

Use Digital Photos

My niece, Kathleen, copied herself using Adobe Photoshop on a digital photo I took of her at her dance recital. Using a template is actually easier than copying yourself.

Use animations from the Internet

You can save animations to your hard drive from the web site-http://animfactory.com. There are other web sites as well.

Use images from the Internet.

Painting of Macbeth's three witches found on the Internet at http://emory.edu/ENGLISH/classes/
Shakespeare_Illustrated/Colin.Witches.html
Use scanned images.

Fall leaves scanned into my hard drive.

Take a look at students' work using a template- http://teachersnetwork.org/teachnet-lab/fklane/pmaslow/night/2002.htm The template came from this site-http://teachersnetwork.org/teachnet-lab/fklane/pmaslow/night/takeaction.htm. Click on the link to the template in order to see the one used by students. (For a web site with student work using poetry go to: http://eastside.newvisionsk12.org/www/eastside_newvisionsk12/site/hosting/student%20work/7-8grade/wherefrom/wherefrom.htm.)
