· Keep a journal-like log that includes the date,
amount of time spent researching on that day, and the steps that you
took in order to find the documents and research materials that you
found on the internet. In addition, remember to include a completed
log of the web sites that you visited as you were researching
your topic (see web site log).
· There are many web sites that may not be reliable or
helpful. You must carefully evaluate the web site for its honesty and
usefulness. You can do this by using one of the checklists at the following
