One: Getting Your Stakeholders
Week One
Getting Your Stakeholders
Your technology committee should be a team of partners. The
team should consist of school administrator(s) and members of
the teaching staff. Your teaching staff should have representation
from various grade levels. For example, in the elementary school,
early childhood, lower and upper elementary teachers should
be represented. Cluster teachers, special education and other
teaching staff should also be represented. Include other stakeholders
such as parents, students, business community members and local
universities. |
