ICQ - Chat software

Adobe Acrobat - For creating PDF files

Microsoft Frontpage - Highend HTML program

Adobe Pagemill - Another good HTML program

Catch the Web - A program for capturing web content and creating a slide show.

SnagIt - A utility for capturing screen content.
