Charlotte K. Frank, PhD
Life Trustee

From working with Teachers Network, I know that we must listen to the practitioners if we are going to have systemic school reform. School reform will succeed to the degree that it adheres to the basic principles of the Teachers Network: to identify what really works in classrooms and allow this recognition to be leveraged for change in other classrooms.

Charlotte K. Frank has been a prime supporter of Teachers Network from its beginnings, when she served as executive director of the Division of Curriculum and Instruction for the New York City Public Schools. Charlotte is now senior vice president of research and development for McGraw-Hill Education, a division of The McGraw-Hill Companies, and is a New York State Regent Emerita.
