Mr.. Alan Federman is currently the Corporate Controller for TheLadders.com, Inc. a job-search website specializing in senior-level positions. Prior to that he held several finance positions at Viacom Inc., including Assistant Corporate Controller, Vice President of Finance for CBS Radio (formerly Infinity Broadcasting) and Director of Financial Reporting for Paramount Pictures, both subsidiaries of Viacom. Previously, he worked in Viacom's internal audit department developing, implementing and testing internal controls across all business units. Mr. Federman started his career as an auditor and consultant with Arthur Andersen, LLP and is a Certified Public Accountant.
