Julie Vitulano is a Project Director for the 21^st Century Learning Center program in the Manhattan High Schools Superintendency. She also has eleven years teaching experience in ESL and English.  During that time she consistently incorporated computer applications in her curriculum.  She has been acknowledged with her co-teacher Carla Huck by AOL; Pioneering Partners; and Datamations.
