Make observations of the plant life that you find in the pond and in the surrounding area. (You may bring back samples to identify; you can also use the identifiers that are brought down to the area.):

Describe some of the plant species in the area you have chosen. Describe (and attempt to identify) at least 10 different species. Make sure that you find a variety of plants - trees, bushes, and ground cover.
