If a child is absent, you should
fill in the bubble A, besides the
child's name, with a pencil. It
must be in pencil or it will not
scan.

If a child is late you should fill
in the bubble L.

If your school has a policy of returning your ATS form for afternoon completion, then you should complete the right hand column.

The left hand column is for the a.m. session. You should complete this column only in the morning.
