Lesson Overview:

This lesson provides the students with an opportunity to appreciate the ethnic foods of cultures other than their own; at the same time students are asked  to share their own cultural recipes. The culmination of this unit is to create a classroom recipe cookbook, that represents a celebration of diversity!
