LESSON TWO

 

Lesson Overview:

Students learn about recipe planning as they create a shopping list of  the necessary ingredients to prepare ethnic recipies. If there is enough culinary diversity, the teacher may want students to group data according to cuisine.  This lesson serves as the starting point for a classroom recipe book, which is lesson six of this unit.
