Students will work in pairs using the Internet with various sites book marked by teacher to complete the Scavenger Hunt.

Display the Scavenger Hunt in the classroom for future reference.
Evaluation:
In their computer-generated Science Journals students will write five facts they learned about dinosaurs.
Teacher will evaluate students' answers on Scavenger Hunt.
Extension Activity:
Have students collect data on either heights or the lengths of several dinosaurs from the sites visited and have them use their data to make a Dinosaur Graph using any spreadsheet program. Have them show the name of each dinosaur and how tall or long it was. Visit Yahooligans to learn more about dinosaurs and learn how to make graphs at Graphs and Charts.
Home Learning:
Students will write three riddles about dinosaurs using desktop publishing. Have students share their riddles in class and the other students can try to solve the riddles.
Field Trip:
Go on a virtual field trip at Dinosaur Expedition.
