An Elementary Unit on Fossils

     How do we know about the life forms that lived long ago?  How do we know what the Earth was like in prehistoric times?  What can we learn about prehistoric life from the fossils we find?  Who are some famous fossil hunters (paleontologists) and what are some of their finds?  This unit will attempt to answer these questions and solve the mystery!  Journey with the students at P.S 101, Brooklyn, New York into the past and into the world of fossils.
