Homework: Students will query adults on smoking and their
reasons for starting or
quitting and make additional cartoons based on the responses.
Extension Activities:
Draw cartoons in Paint on the computer
Develop a mascot on the computer by drawing and scanning it into
the web page.
Make wordless cartoons that relay an anti smoking message. Scan
them into a document.
E-mail a newspaper cartoonist asking for tips on how to create
cartoons.
