Squeechi Miranda's Story

After falling back in time, Squeechi Miranda felt herself land on a hard bit of land. Once she felt able enough, she looked down at her clothing. She was wearing a. . . KIMONO! A very beautiful one, too. It was golden-yellow with intricate designs and a beautiful sash. And on her usually bare feet were Japanese shoes! She stood up, and brushed the dirt off her garb. Being a worldly scholar, she realized that she must have been in EDO, JAPAN! She looked around for Planty, but he was nowhere to be seen! So here she was, alone; forsaken; in a country that she wasn't completely sure how to get around!

She was tapped on the back, and turned around suddenly. A kind-looking old man was standing there. He bowed to her and said, "Konichiwa, stranger. I see you have come here from another land." Squeechi Miranda was taken aback by this, but nonetheless relieved to have found a seemingly nice person. "Yes, sir, I have come from another place. What is your name?" "My name is Keiko Shishi. I live in a house nearby, would you like to come over for some Sake?" Squeechi Miranda was very pleased with this sudden show of hospitality from the old man. "Sure," she replied. "I appreciate that." And they disappeared into gust of wind.
