Frames per second: if you're not sure, keep frames per second low	Record Mac audio: this captures the sounds your computer makes, such as music from a computer program	Record mic input: for this to work, go to your Sound control panel and make sure the built--in mic is selected (iBooks do not have microphones)
Follow Cursor: the movie will follow your mouse cursor around the screen (useful for focusing on a specific portion of the screen)	Fixed Camera: this will record a portion of your screen (or the entire screen), without regard for what the mouse is doing	Choose File Name: check this box and you will get a dialogue box, asking what you would like to make your movie
