Elizabeth Gil: Now a community teacher at Community School 211 - The Bilingual School in the Bronx was selected as a MetLife Fellow in the Teachers Network Leadership Institute and honored at the 2004 Teachers Network Award Ceremony held at the McGraw-Hill offices on November 18, 2004. As a MetLife Fellow, Elizabeth studies relevant literature, participates in online dialogues, meets regularly with policy makers and conducts action research studies in her classroom & school.
