From the students

Hi, we are talking about are ponds. We have different things to tell. There are so many things to talk about. Some plants are growing so fast, some of them are dying. There are flowers in the ponds. Some of the ponds have flowers, some don't have flowers all the ponds have different thing some of the ponds have rocks, some don't. Some of the times we check the ponds, then we write it in our journal. Some ponds have a lot of water. One of the ponds doesn't have that much water. Some of the names are: Forget-me-Nots, floating heart, fox tail, water hyacinths and grasses. All of the ponds have different things. The names of the ponds are Mr. Torres Lake and Fish Pond and the last one is Mrs. Rivera Pond. We also have fishes in our ponds. Two of them have fish in them. It is fun having ponds in the school so we could share with all the kids in the school, and so we could tell them all about the ponds. It is great having ponds. We have snails too. They eat the moss. The ponds are pretty. The water is down. There are more fish then they were. The fish are bigger and fatter then they were. We take the temperature of the water, sometimes it is high, sometimes it is low, sometimes the water is cold, sometimes it is hot and sometimes it is normal not hot or cold.

Hello my name is Gaby L. We are going to talk about ponds. I am in third grade, my

teacher's name is Mrs. Rivera. She is so nice that's why she let us do the ponds. The

first one has cattails, moss and grass. All the names of the plants are: Forget-me.

Nots, Floating Heart, Fox Tail, and Water Hyacinths. The pond that has more

plants is the last one. When your teacher talks about evaporation it means that

the water level is going down and some of the water is going up and becoming a

could. Almost all the school classes come to see it. What I like most about the water garden is the flowers.

We made ponds. One is called Mr. Torres Lake. The other ones are called Fish Pond and Mrs Rivera Pond. In Fish Pond there are fish and plants. Mrs Rivera Pond only has plants.

Mr. Torres Lake only has cattails and moss. All the names of the plants are forget me nots,

floating heart, fox tail, water hyacinths and grass.

I LIKE THE PONDS BECAUSE THEY ARE BEAUTYFUL AND HAVE A LOT OF THING IN IT. THERE ARE PLANTS, ANIMALS, INSECTS TOO. THERE ARE GOLDFISH

and MOSQUITO FISH. In the POND THERE'S WATER AND SOME TIMES THE

WATER IS HIGH AND SOME TIMES IT IS LOW.
