¨     GROUP GUIDELINES:

Ø     Restate group’s goal.

Ø     Reiterate group responsibilities.

Ø     Report status of designated assignments by individual group members, who share their work with the group.

Ø     Reexamine and revise deadlines if necessary.

Ø     Select images (scanned images and downloaded from the web) and upload onto PowerPoint.

Ø     Revise writing according to the Writing Process.

Ø     Remind group members to save work on labeled disks.

Ø     Review PowerPoint Presentation Rubric since it will be used to grade the presentation.

¨     PowerPoint:

Ø     Open PowerPoint and plan the layout.

Ø     Import notes, images, and MS Excel worksheets to help you create a multimedia presentation with pizazz.

Ø     Add sound and special effects to enhance the slide show.

Ø     Remember to include a slide, which cites the references that were used. 

You have the option of saving the multimedia presentation as a web site, which may be posted on your school’s or teacher’s web site.
