¨     GROUP GUIDELINES:

Ø     Restate group’s goal.

Ø     Reiterate group responsibilities.

Ø     Report status of designated assignments by individual group members, who share their work with the group.

Ø     Reexamine and revise deadlines if necessary.

Ø     Use scanner to scan images onto disks or download images from the internet.

Ø     Remind group members to save work on labeled disks.

Ø     Reconvene to set agenda for next meeting.

¨     Plan the itinerary for your family’s trip. Search the internet for bus or guided tours; for places to visit, such as historical landmarks, museums, shopping districts, parks, zoos, and street fairs/markets; for concerts or shows; for bistros, cafes, pubs, and/or restaurants to sample the country’s cuisine; for historical details and significance of cultural and tourists attractions; and for excursions to neighboring villages, museums, parks, stately homes, palaces, or castles.

¨     Download or scan and save images on disks.

¨     Individual group members must organize their notes and present their findings to the group.

¨     When the group reconvenes, group members must discuss their findings and select those sights, which suit its needs and meet its criteria.

¨     Remember to make allowances for travel time and time zones.

¨     Bear-in-mind that the $5,000 budget is inclusive and that credit card charges, which are accumulated during the trip, must be deducted, as are all the other expenses, from the balance.
