Water Cycle Flow Chart

• Water forms a gas called water vapor; the water vapor rises to form clouds.
• Evaporation occurs when the sun warms the water and some of it changes to gas.
• After water vapor gets heavy, it falls to Earth as precipitation: snow or rain
• Some of this precipitation is absorbed into the ground and the rest flows into streams, lakes and oceans.
