Guidelines

• Students may work together if they wish but they must record how each member contributed to the group.
• Students must use the Internet to find the homes and interest rates for the loans. Outside informant ie. Newspaper or relatives in the realtor business may be used only as a secondary research.
• Any research done must be documented by the students.
• Students must look at many sites for homes and loan rates.
• Students must do some comparison “shopping” using the Internet.
• Student’s work must be legible.
• Since the end of the project requires a presentation, students must develop a 5-minute presentation either on Power Point, the overhead, or poster board to name a few examples.
• If a group did the project, each member may be called on to do the presentation or asked questions about their project.
