GEORGE W. BUSH

George W. Bush would like to be president of the United States again. He is running on the Republican Party.

George W. Bush was born in New Haven Connecticut on July 6, 1946. He lived in Crawford, Texas. His parents are Barbara and George H. Bush. His wife is Laura Bush and his daughters are Jenna and Barbara. He graduated from Yale University with a B.A. degree in history. He got an Masters degree in business from Harvard University.

Some of the jobs George W. Bush had are: general partner wit the Texas Rangers Baseball Organization, founder and chief executive officer for Bush Exploration, pilot in the Texas Air National Guard and a former board member of Tom Brown, Inc. His political experience includes: Governor of Texas and candidate for the United States House of Representatives.

This is how George W. Bush feels about the campaign issues:

All teacher should have better training and every child should get a quality education. Parents will be able to make more decisions about their children's education.

He is for environmentally sound oil production in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. He is for finding more natural gas. He wants to build new refineries, continue the use of nuclear power, expand the use of ethanol and biodiesel fuel, and is for using solar energy.

He feels he tax cuts should be permanent. Younger workers should to be allowed to take some of their own money and put it into a personal savings account for when they retire. He has a plan to cut the deficit in half in five years. He wants there to be more jobs.

Congress should renew the Patriot Act a to fight terror within the United States. George W. Bush wants freedom for people all over the world and a stop to terrorism all over the world.
